Get scrubby this summer with our Mix-N-Go Sea Sponge & Luffa Soap Workshop – a creative and satisfying soap-making experience using natural sea sponge from Tarpon Springs and exfoliating luffa!
Perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a fun, fast-paced project, this Melt & Pour workshop lets you customize your own soaps with vibrant colors, essential oils, botanicals, and skin-loving ingredients.
Class size: 2-10 attendees (You will receive a full refund if we don't have enough attendees)
Class Level: Beginner Friendly. Attendants must be at least 12 years old or older. Minor students need to accompanied by an adult (21 years old or above).
What you'll make and take:
-- 2 Sea Sponge Soap
-- 2 Luffa / Loofah Soap
-- A handout with recipe and instructions.
What to bring:
-- A container to take your work home.
-- We will provide the disposable face masks, apron, gloves and goggles, but feel free to bring yours.
What you will learn at this workshop:
-- Basics of Melt & Pour (MP) glycerin soap making
-- How to embed natural exfoliants like sponge & luffa
-- Tips for layering, pouring, and scenting
-- How to wrap and store your soaps
Fee: $79
** soap molds will be provided to use in class, you can un-mold and bring the soaps home after the workshop.
